Project Delivery & Service Guidelines

  • The project initiation payment is non-refundable upon receipt, as it secures your project's placement and covers immediate resource scheduling and discovery costs.
  • All payments for delivered milestones are strictly non-refundable.
  • Website development milestones are considered finalized once approved on a staging or live environment. Payment for this is non-refundable.
  • Once a client has requested or received revisions, the associated Milestone/Service payment is non-refundable.
  • Digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, and PPC are non-refundable.
  • Monthly hosting and server infrastructure fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not granted for client change of mind or shifting business goals.
  • Refunds are not granted for internal partner disagreements or business closure.
  • Requesting revisions on any delivered work waives the right to a refund for that phase.
  • Client unresponsiveness for 14 consecutive business days results in project termination and forfeiture of all fees.
  • Third-party costs, such as API fees or domain registrations, are non-refundable.
  • Project timelines are subject to change based on client feedback and material delivery.
  • The company is not liable for performance changes caused by third-party platform updates.
  • Intellectual property rights are transferred to the client only upon receipt of full and final payment.
  • The client agrees to provide written notice of any concerns before initiating a formal payment dispute.
  • Electronic approval of a milestone via email/Sign off or project portal constitutes final acceptance of work.
  • The company reserves the right to list the completed project in its professional portfolio.
  • All legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
